Privacy policy — waitlist

The controller of your personal data is Vibe Foods Sp. z o.o., ul. Leszczyńskiego 4/29, 50-078 Wrocław, Poland, KRS 0000903993, NIP 8971892554. For data-protection matters, write to kontakt@herbaciucha.pl or write to our registered office address.

Only your email address and — if you provide it — your postcode. We do not ask for your name, phone number or address.

We will use your email address only to invite you to the shop when your turn comes. Your postcode helps us plan new delivery areas. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep the data until the invitation is sent or you withdraw consent, and no longer than 12 months after the shop opens.

We never sell it. Only hosting and email providers acting on our behalf have access, within the European Economic Area or under standard contractual clauses.

1. Write to kontakt@herbaciucha.pl and we will delete your address. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
2. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data.
3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).

We store strictly necessary data in your browser (e.g. your chosen language). We enable analytics cookies (visit statistics) only after you consent in the cookie notice; you can withdraw consent at any time. We do not use advertising cookies.
